ARE YOUR NUTS ROASTED? SALTED OR UNSALTED?
All of our nuts are raw and unsalted sourced from Toronto-based wholesalers. We will be adding salted nuts soon!
WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?
All orders will be delivered Sundays from 9 am to 9 pm. Orders are processed on the day the order is placed and stored in a freezer until time of delivery. If Sundays do not work for you, please contact us and we will be happy to arrange a different time of delivery. In the event your order is delayed, you will be contacted. Thank you for your patience!
WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
We ship within a 40 km radius that includes Toronto, Mississauga, Richmond Hill, Vaughan, Markham, Scarborough, and some areas of Brampton. Please enter your address at checkout to determine if you are eligible. If not, we can make exceptions and mail out Ontario-wide! Please contact us for more information.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Since each order is custom made we do not accept any returns or exchanges. However, if your order does not meet your expectations please contact us with your order number and we will make it right.
